Sales & Manufacturing Terms

Quotations are based on the written specification agreed with you: spirit, liquid route, bottle format, closure, labels, cartons, quantity and delivery requirement. A change to any of these may change the price, the minimum quantity or the lead time.

Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days and are subject to the availability of liquid and dry goods at the time of order.

Production begins only once the specification, artwork and commercial terms are approved in writing and any required deposit is received. Approved samples and proofs form the quality reference for the run.

Reasonable industry tolerances apply to fill levels, label placement and delivered quantities.

You retain ownership of your brand, trade marks and artwork, and confirm you are entitled to use them. White-label liquids remain non-exclusive to BSOA. The status of a liquid developed for a proprietary brand is governed by the signed commercial and IP agreement.

BSOA holds the manufacturing licences applicable to its production. Responsibility for the licences, registrations, excise and in-market compliance required by your route to market is defined in your agreement.

Payment terms are stated in the quotation. Goods remain the property of BSOA until paid in full, and storage beyond an agreed release date may attract a storage charge.

Delivery terms, risk transfer and export responsibilities are specified per order. Lead times are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by supplier, logistics or regulatory delays outside our control.
